the room size was acceptable, offering sufficient space.
The advertised free wifi was a complete lie. i asked about it at reception, and the lady on duty on october 29, 2024, around 3 pm, was unhelpful and acted like she couldn't care less. the decor was also disappointing. The carpets looked worn, and my room had a stained mattress and a leaking shower.

the breakfast was quite good. i found the sausages especially tasty. the restaurant staff was attentive.
the room was very hot, and the fan didn't seem to work. i could not open the door or the window, so i did not sleep well. there was no floor towel in the bathroom, and the shower screen did not have a seal. this meant the bathroom flooded when i took a shower.

the location was close to the beach front it was about a five-minute walk. rooms were a good size they felt comfortable. i found plenty of parking spaces at the front of the hotel.
the younger woman working in the evening seemed pretty unhelpful to me. it was good they accept dogs however i could not take my dog into the bar. i could not use the car park for a while because a match was on.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff seemed very helpful. the restaurant had good prices, and i found the food was also excellent. i appreciated the fantastic room. The pitch view was a huge bonus.
